ROME YANSEN

Rome Yansen is a producer and scriptwriter based in Vancouver, British Columbia, originally from Queens, New York. With over 20 years of creative development experience, Rome brings a multidisciplinary background to storytelling, having developed more than ten original bodies of work across animation, visual narrative, and conceptual world-building.

Before transitioning fully into film and television, Rome worked professionally as a graphic designer, a foundation that continues to inform his approach to story structure, visual language, and brand-conscious storytelling. His work is defined by bold mythology, character-driven narratives, and a contemporary reimagining of classic themes, often blending cultural legacy with modern sensibilities.

Now focused on producing and writing for screen, Rome is dedicated to creating original, globally resonant properties that push beyond nostalgia to establish new creative benchmarks in animated and genre storytelling.
